A fun, practical and efficient one day workshop consisting of a variety of pain coping practices, creative labor techniques, videos, relaxation ideas, breathing techniques, support person's role, waterbirth information, optimal fetal positioning, creating your birth plan and familiarizing you with the birth process. Especially useful as a refresher class for parents who have previously attended a childbirth class.
